On Friday, October 27, Winnipeg's former chief of police, Devon Clunis, visited our school to present his children's book, "The Little Boy from Jamaica". He was accompanied by Emily Campbell, a former student of CHS, who is the book's illustrator. A few copies of the book are still available for purchase in the school office. Proceeds from the books go towards supporting educational efforts in Jamaica, and to Winnipeg's Bear Clan Patrol.
